Ben Johnson Days 2009 is coming!

The Goldfield Ghost Riders were established in 1995 in Apache Junction, Arizona, as a non-profit organization, dedicated to preserving the Western Lifestyle and conducting charitable activities to help support local children's charities.

In 1996, theGoldfield Ghost Riders developed the Adopt-A-Desert program and received the Governors Award from the Arizona Clean and Beautiful Organization.

The Goldfield Ghost Riders host several annual events for riders and non-riders to raise money for local children charities. These events include the St. Patrick's Day event; poker rides; gymkhanas; bowling; softball games; horseshoe games; raffles; golf tournaments; picnics; trips; and specialty rides (i.e. AZ Adventure Ride, Ladies Ride).

Other non-charity activities of the Goldfield Ghost Riders include participation in parades, picnics, steak rides, horse clinics, education, and workshops.

Over the years, the Goldfield Ghost Riders have been able to donate in excess of $150,000.00 to charities. Some of these charities include various children's charities.
